Visual Inspections
Independent assessors will inspect the site and traffic areas surrounding the area of asbestos removal.
Asbestos Testing
Following the visual assessment on site, further asbestos testing may also be required.
Clearance Certificates
A Clearance Certificate will be issued in accordance with the state requirements. You will then be able to recommence construction and the area of asbestos removal will be deemed safe to occupy.
Asbestos Register and Mananagement Plans
The asbestos register is a document that lists all identified – or assumed – asbestos in a workplace.
